The fact that JT is captain and the vice captains are Cahill & Ivanovic says alot to me. These guys only know one way to defend and it is utterly pointless getting a manager like Conte in and not letting him have has own players. I dont think Ivanovic and Cahill in particular are even trying to adapt, why would they though? The manager usually gets sacked and they still remain.
