I just don't understand why they did it - Would have been easy to take a righteous approach and cooperate with the police / Premier League / FA, when it was all years ago and not in the control of anyone that's part of the current administration, so to a certain extent it serves them right.
Another part of me wonders if the timing is coincidental - Odd that this story breaks in the week of our biggest game of the season at a time when things all seem to be going well...
