You'd think with all the spare time they have, it'd be easier to fit it in than most 'normal' folk, not to mention access to the best teaching going.
I suppose some might just wonder whether it's worth it if they're only gonna be here a few years and they can get away without really knowing the language. I suppose that's one of the 'benefits' of being rich
