I dont think we'll see a Lamps/JT combo as JT I feel will try and be no1 soon rather than a no2.

When fans turned on the rafa situation, Roman brought back Jose. I feel he may be doing similar here with Sarri/Lampard.

Lampard would get the feel good factor back, the club pulling together again, the use of youth players, possibly getting CHO to stay and building a team around him/RLC etc, the full backing from supporters and if any manager can last more than 12 months to give us stability, the one thing we've always lacked under Roman, its him. I know we've been successful with the approach in the past but now Roman doesn't spend like he used to and we've seen the "old guard" all finish, I feel we are in a bit of a transitional period at the moment where a long term plan is needed to build a new successful team, especially with hazard on the way out.

Frank might well be the man to do it, good luck to him if he does, it doesn't change anything he ever did for the club as a player if it doesn't work out, imagine him getting the bridge bouncing like the derby fans. Could be a master stroke from Roman if it comes off, but I feel it might be a bit soon and that we'd be better off with allegri now, then Frank after him.
