Then the question would be to look at why not on unemployment. Are people going through the education system in this country getting the right skills to equip them for jobs? A lot aren't.

Also, the unemployment number is people who are registered (i.e. getting jobseeker's allowance etc) - Could be higher for those not claiming, but of those claiming, how many of those are 'professionally unemployed' - Plenty of those about too.
