Interesting comments from his latest interview..

"It was his decision and only his decision and I don't like players that want to leave. If the player doesn't want to be with us, goodbye - be happy where you want to go''

"But, to be fair, I think he is happy and I am not expecting him to ask to leave."

I saw that, the only reason mata would have wanted to leave was because jose ditched him for Oscar! With Rooney and Mikytharan at United, I don't see how mata fits in there now under jose either.

Whatever happened, it was best for all parties at the time, we got a good fee and won the league. [^]

Jose also quoted as saying the only reason he isn't still at Chelsea is because roman didn't want him.

I've also seen the video doing the rounds on twitter of jose refusing to sign a chelsea shirt - something and nothing, but I thought that was a little disrespectful, it's not the supporters fault he's gone. We backed him massively when he was here, an put up with a lot of his crap along the way. Hope he shows a bit more class when turning up at the bridge in October.

I was jose's biggest admirer here, but to be honest I find the new regime under conte quite refreshing and exciting. Can't wait for the season to start. [conte] [conte] [conte]

I think Jose sat down with Mata and told him some honest truths. Mata decided to move on. I was gutted but accept a managers plan for action won't include all the lads he inherits...I expect Conte to make the same decisions. I reckon we will see JT slipping out of the first 11 within 4/5 weeks...so be it.

Re the refusal to sign a young fans shirt...grow up Jose.

My biggest gripe with Jose is the players he let go to put his trust in the current mob. He chose to keep this current crop over the likes of KDB, Shirley and David Luiz. Like yourself I look forward to Conte sorting things out.... if allowed.
