The thing is whilst he comes across as a decent bloke I have never thought he was really a great manager, I don't think anyone has an explanation for last season, least of all him. A whole series of unlikely events all seemed to happen at once and it swept him and the team to the title, I am 100% sure that if they had had to go down to the wire last season and say needed to win the last game or two to be champions they would not have done it.
