Is it me or is he pony?
No it's not. I think he's awful.
A flukey goal on his debut and people talk like he's some kind of world beater.
I'm undecided, I think I like the type of player he is supposed to be, a marauding pacy wing back, but am not sure he is the real deal. Jury still out. My dad hates him.
It's a myth he can cross, he attempts to run at players and is direct in that respect but 90% of the time is dispossessed and left out of position.
He's not been there that long in fairness but the way people talk about him you'd think he's something special
He's possibly the best crosser of the ball we have.
Defensively he isn't great. Neither is Moses though.
I think he's better going forward than Moses, so I would start him on that basis.
Although both could be upgraded.
I think the best crosser of a ball we have is Azpilicueta.
Alonso crosses it better for a start!
Myth
I think he’s ok, the hope is that he has one of his good days when Moses is having a bad one and vice versa. Like a lot of our players, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of consistency in the performances. Maybe with these two, it’s just the position they’re in, in the same way the wingers of old would be hit and miss.
He was our 4th or 5th choice for a second right back and it shows.
Squad player to me. Need more time to see the best of him...one game here one game there isn't good for judging any player imo.
As I say need to give him time, but I'm not having he's any better than what we have on what I've seen so far
He's a squad player, but I'd question why we felt the need to spend £25m on him rather than chucking in one of the yoofs (who are no worse).
See also spending 80 million on Bakayoko and Drinkwater when we could have spent 80 million on one quality player and kept RCL or Baker. I would have said Chabolah but he wanted to go.
Devils advocate but I guess they’d look at Bakayoko and Drinkwater and think, they’re both League title winners and did well in the CL last year, and whereas the former could potentially be a top European midfielder in years to come, the latter would be more likely to be happy to stay as a squad player for a few seasons, whereas you’d imagine RLC and Baker want to be playing every week.
I'd rather see RLC getting plenty of games at Palace than too few at Chelsea.
Musonda is highly rated but he's losing a season staying with us. I look at that and I can see why so many are shipped out.
The Jnr on the back of Musondas shirt put me off straight away.... flash prick
Christensen is the example the likes of RLC should be following. He went and became the player he is by getting games elsewhere, he wouldn’t be at this level had he stayed here, just getting the odd game or two
