I think there’s a balance to be had, Arsenal under Wenger certainly didn’t have that balance. I think Liverpool have been building something with Klopp there and are getting the benefit, and for all Spurs’ lack of trophies, I don’t think any of their fans would have changed these Poch years in exchange for an FA Cup or League Cup. They’ve arguably been over-achieving in terms of their League finishes under him, albeit I do think opportunities have been there for them to win things which they haven’t taken (maybe that’s because he’s not quite the elite manager the media say he is?)
